INTRODUCING A NEW SPIN TO THE CONTEMPORARY HIT MUSIC FORMAT

SPIN-FM (TM) is JamTraxx Media's newest programming offering! It's not a mixshow-- it's a station format!

SPIN(TM) is a CHR-based format, but with an emphasis on building TSL and incorporating PPM strategy. It's a different delivery of the top hits, it's doing something unique that you won't find on the radio or even through the Internet or iTunes right now. It's about providing something different and compelling, and a reason to tune in-- because the blend or transition to the next song will almost always be something you haven't heard before because it is new.

In January 2012, JamTraxx Media, Inc. formed a partnership with Davidson Media Group to launch "SPIN-FM" on 103.3 WOLT-FM in Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina. Currently running commercial-free until spring 2012, "103.3 SPIN-FM" also features new imaging and the slogan, "The Upstate's New Hit Music Leader!" The launch is a testbed for other markets, and is an opportunity to see the results firsthand in a live environment, rather than through projections. Programming may eventually skew one direction or the other, customized to the specific market.

The agreement with Davidson is not barter, but rather a new venture toward exploring new programming avenues and shared revenue streams. We are fortunate to be able to work with great partners in a Top 60 radio market. The venture has already turned industry heads, including a feature article in Billboard.
